General Travlinq API Guidelines

Process for integration:

  • Integrator should have appropriate test credentials.
  • userName ,password , companyCode and X-API-KEY should be passed in API authentication request.
  • Integrator should have all Url’s and understanding of Travlinq API methods and end points.
  • Having a kick of Meeting with Travlinq API team before integration after gone through with API documentation.
  • In between integration follow the sample certification process Certification process as mentioned the document.
  • Test and Correct all the changes in test cases as suggested in certification section.
  • Once the Travlinq support team receives all the test cases they will do the initial verification for certification.
  • This process will take around 24 to 48 working hours of the support team, if any discrepancy is found in the initial verification then support team will reject the test cases and integrator need to share again with corrections.
  • After successful initial verification support team will verify and validate all methods and then provide their findings, integrator need to submit rejected test cases after doing correction as per rejection reason.
  • Travlinq Support team will share certification sheet of the submitted test cases along with validation checklist.
  • The Travlinq API is GDPR compliant. It is Masking all PII data in the logs.
