Cancellation Policy Logic

There may be 2 types of cancellation policy provided by the supplier.

1. Room level
2. Hotel level (Combined cancellation policy for all selected/ provided room combinations).

Please see the diagram below for reference. Read the attribute combinePolicy provided in the RatePlan tag at room level which shows the cancellation policy type.

• If the value for combinePolicy is true then the policy provided in CancellationPolicy service is for all selected room combinations.
• If the value for combinePolicy is false then room wise cancellation policy provided in CancellationPolicy service.
