Hotel API Error Codes
Travlinq has defined standard own error codes to indicate the backend errors. The following are hotel API errors and descriptions for the error.\ Note - Error code cannot be fixed, it may be changed. If you are not able to understand Error and its description then you can mail us with an error log, so we can check the issue at our end and give suggestions for the error.

| ERR-5 | Invalid data passed in request |
| ERR-8 | Some API Error |
| ERR-9 | Invalid Search Id provided - Wrong search id provided in request |
| ERR-10 | Hotel Id not found / wrong hotel key |
| ERR-11 | Invalid Room key provided |
| ERR-12 | Some Exception occurred |
| ERR-14 | Invalid Session id |
| ERR-18 | No supplier mapped |
| ERR-19 | No Search result found - No results available for requested search criteria |
| ERR-20 | Error in parsing book request |
| ERR-21 | Error in book response generation |
| ERR-22 | Error in search request generation |
| ERR-23 | Error in parsing search response |
| ERR-24 | Error in parsing cancel response |
| ERR-25 | No booking response Error in supplier booking service response. |
| ERR-45 | Error while getting search results from cache at the time of pre-book. |
| ERR-47 | Error in reprice response generation |
| ERR-49 | Error while getting data from database |
| ERR-50 | Error while getting supplier credentials |
| ERR-58 | Error while creating supplier reprice request |
| ERR-59 | Error while getting supplier reprice response |
| ERR-60 | Error while doing booking at supplier side |
| ERR-62 | Error while doing cancellation |
| ERR-63 | Error while doing search |
| ERR-64 | Error while doing reprice |
| ERR-65 | Error while getting reprice response from supplier |
| ERR-76 | Error in parsing cancellation policy request |
| ERR-77 | Error while parsing cancellation policy response |
| ERR-78 | Error while fetching cancellation policy |
| ERR-79 | Error in parsing hotel details request |
| ERR-80 | Error in hotel details response generation |
| ERR-81 | Error while fetching hotel details |
| ERR-86 | Some error response from supplier |
| ERR-93 | You do not have sufficient Credit balance for the book. |
| ERR-119 | Room data not found in pre-book service. |
| ERR-120 | No matching room found in pre-book service. |
| ERR-121 | No Response found from supplier API against the requested room in pre-book service. |
| ERR-123 | Please select another room option(s) as the selected room(s) is not available. |
| ERR-139 | Booking failed due to room(s) not available at supplier side. |
| ERR-140 | Error while generating response . |
| ERR-141 | Wrong passenger details in request - Please check the passenger details provided in request |
| ERR-142 | Wrong booking amount or currency - Booking amount or currency is mismatched |
| ERR-143 | Error duplicate client reference number - client reference number provided is already provided for booking so please provide unique client reference number |
| ERR-144 | Error wrong booking reference number or Transaction id |
| ERR-145 | Error wrong check-in or check-out date |
| ERR-146 | Error nationality is mandatory |
| ERR-147 | Request parser not found. |
| ERR-148 | Error wrong booking key - Provide booking key provided in pre book response. |
| ERR-154 | Please select another option as the selected room is not available. |
| ERR-155 | Error while getting hotel rooms from cache in GetHotelRooms service. |
| ERR-157 | Error in get all rooms request generation |
| ERR-158 | Error in parsing get all rooms response |
| ERR-168 | Error wrong room combination selected.- selected rooms are not matched with combinations provided in hotel room response. Please check the roomCombination tag in hotel room service. |
| ERR-169 | Error Hotel room not available - Selected room is not available for book. Please select another room for booking. |
| ERR-170 | Error number of room and room count/index mismatch |
| ERR-171 | Error while getting Hotel booking details. Please contact the administrator. |
| ERR-173 | Error in pre book service. |
| ERR-265 | Error in fare mismatch. The Book request "transactionAmount" does not match with back end total price. |
| ERR-266 | Error in pax count mismatch during Search and Pro Book. |
